 Where is your office located?
 Directions from the Sagamore Bridge: Take the Sagamore Bridge and stay on Route 6 until exit 11. Take exit 11 and at the end of the ramp, take a left onto Route 137 South. Stay on Route 137 until it ends. Take a left onto Route 28. Take Route 28 to the rotary. Three quarters of the way around the rotary is Old Harbor Road. Our office is located on the right hand side of Old Harbor Road, #90.
What time do I need to check in?
Check in time is 3:00. No exceptions are allowed.
What is check-out time?
Check out time is 10:00am. No exceptions can be made. Keys must be dropped off at our office. If you depart early, please notify our office and we will arrange for key drop off.
What happens if I arrive after 5:00?
If you must arrive late, call us at 508-945-0990 so that we can make special arrangements.
Does my rental house provide linens and towels?
Our rental properties do not provide sheets and towels. Linens can be rented, but our office must be informed in advance.
What is your cleaning policy?
All of our tenants pay for professional departure cleaning. The price for cleaning varies by house and will be indicated on your lease.
Do any of your rental homes allow pets?
Pets are not allowed at any of our rental properties and no exceptions can be made.
What is your payment policy?
A fifty percent deposit is required. The final balance and cleaning fee is due 30 days prior to arrival. The security deposit is due 30 days prior to arrival and will be returned within 30 days.
What happens if I have to cancel our reservation?
In the event of cancellation, the tenant is responsible for all rents due under the lease. If the premises are re-rented, all rents will be returned minus a 10% (of all rent due) cancellation fee.
